2004 Layton  “The Maybelle”

She’s not vintage but we think you’ll like her!

We purchased this trailer in December of 2018 in response to inquires for a monthly rental.  “The Maybelle” can be rented nightly or for a longer stay.  She has a new floor, fresh paint and small updates.  This trailer is a comfortable “home away from home” with ducted heat and air conditioner, a functional kitchen, and bathroom.  She has a queen bed and room for 1 on the sofa.  There is also a bunk bed area that can be used for an additional sleeping space for 1.

Rates for “The Maybelle” are $35 for the 1st night and $30 for additional nights.  Monthly rental is 325.00 plus electric.
